Shipping Policy

All Scynche pieces are made with intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Domestic Shipping (Nigeria): 2–5 business days via verified courier partners.

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by their local authorities.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
If your order is time-sensitive, contact us at support@scynche.com before placing your order — we’ll do our best to meet your timeline.


Returns & Exchange Policy

Every Scynche piece is made to celebrate your shape, but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

  • Returns: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges: Eligible within 7 days of delivery for size or color adjustments.

  • Made-to-Order / Customized Pieces: Final sale (non-returnable).

To initiate a return or exchange, email returns@scynche.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return instructions and address.

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Custom Orders Policy

At Scynche, we believe every woman deserves a piece that fits her perfectly — not just in size, but in spirit.

Our Customize Bust and Waist Option allows you to personalize your fit by submitting your exact bust and waist measurement at checkout for a more tailored silhouette.

How it works:

  1. Fill in the Custom Bust and waist section on the product page before checkout.

Processing Time:
Custom orders require an additional 3–5 business days on top of standard production and shipping timelines.

Returns:
Because each custom piece is individually crafted, customized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if there’s a defect or issue with craftsmanship, we’ll gladly repair or remake your piece after review.

Your trust means everything to us.
We collect minimal personal data (such as name, address, and email) solely for order fulfilment and communication purposes.

We never sell or share your data with third parties.
All payment information is processed securely through paystack, bank transfer or Shopify’s encrypted platform.
